Love the restaurant! Great breakfast!! And the staff is awesome! My son got a ring stuck on his finger., and we tried everything to get it off. It was 2am, and his finger was getting more swollen and painful, so it was looking like a trip to ER. We decided to go to the front desk and see if maybe maintenance had tools that we could borrow. The guy at the desk said that maintenance doesn't work nightshift.. However, he made a phone call and A man appeared within about 5 minutes with some tools. He was quickly able to remove the ring with no problem. I wish I had gotten their names, but anyway I am very grateful that they were kind and went above and beyond. They most likely saved me a good amount of time and money and BS at the ER. Thanks again!!!

2 years ago we stayed when it was the Baymont Inn. It was dirty, rooms smelled like bleach. After that, we started staying at the Hampton Inn. When we travel to Florida we will stay in Chattanooga for the night. Hampton was booked so I found the Heritage Inn, not knowing that it was previously the Baymont. They had everything that I needed when traveling . Especially pets. I booked it not knowing that the hotel had hands. We didn’t realize that until we arrived. What a shock! The desk staff was extremely kind. The room was clean and it didn’t stink. The restaurant in the hotel was also very good and the cost was so much lower than The Hampton. When need to spend the night in Chattanooga, your hotel the my first choice.

This property is outstanding it does not appear. Tractive at night, but it is very big and large but the room was unbelievable. The bed was so comfortable. The bathtub is amazing. I will come back to this place. This hotel needs a 20*if there was such thing, the staff is unbelievable there is a restaurant connected to this hotel and it the food is outstanding the service you cannot go wrong with.

First, I want to say how much I appreciated them treating my ESA dog so well. We were put in a room that was a convenience to her. The staff was so nice and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. We enjoyed eating at the diner on sight. The food was so good. And the desserts, so many to choose from. I do recommend this place. Oh, it was also nice and quiet.

The location and the price are just great. Very friendly staff! Very nice for the price. Will stay there again!!!

The attached restaurant - The City Cafe- is excellent!!! It is a destination eating establishment. The cake are spectacular! Portion size is huge, so consider sharing.

We like to stay here because of the easy access from the freeway, and we like the City Cafe restaurant. We have stayed here before and the menu is big at the Cafe and the food is great. The premises both inside and outside our room are always clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable too.

Location was good right over the interstate, pool was good and the little restaurant in the hotel was excellent… Value of the stay was what I expected
